• Develop and implement human resource policies
• Develop plans for HR matters such as: compensation, benefits, health and safety etc.
• Ensure compliance with labor law
• Devise strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development
• Maintain employee compensation and benefits
• Handle employee grievance
• Identify gaps in skills among employees and provide trainings in the areas needed
• Development of key result areas of employees and handle performance appraisal
• Identify staffing needs in the organization and fill the positions
• Supervise work of HR personnel and provide guidance
• Maintain high ethical standards and handle disciplinary actions
